After downloading this archive to your computer, you need to extract all the files and upload them — using FTP — to your site.
Automatic installation.
Download the file spip_loader.php and send it to your site where you want to install SPIP (at the root of your Web site for example).
Then, open this file in your browser and wait until the upload is done.
If this does not work, switch to the manual installation using the archive provided above.
The development version
New! Since the 21st of August 2005, SPIP is developed under SVN. The current version under development can correct a bug or be completely unusable.
The SPIP development project has now its own web site: http://trac.rezo.net/trac/spip. You can find there:
- sources
- bug reports
- as well as instructions on how to download the latest development version.
